- Follow-Up: The responsibility for closing leads and converting them into sales lies with you.
- Data Use: You may not resell, distribute, or misuse the leads provided.
3. Payments & Billing
- All services are billed according to the agreed-upon pricing and payment schedule.
- Late payments may result in paused service or account termination.
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.
4. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information. Likewise, you agree not to share or disclose our processes, data sources, or any proprietary methods.
5. Accuracy of Leads
While we strive to deliver accurate and high-quality leads, we do not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale. Performance may vary based on industry, offer, follow-up strategy, and market conditions.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice (7 days minimum). Upon termination, all outstanding balances remain payable.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from the use or inability to use our leads or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 30 days prior to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and processes used in our services are the intellectual property of Lead Miners. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
